<\/strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Training Log shall be maintained for each training.<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Evaluation shall be done by preparing a questionnaire based on the topics covered during the training.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Re-training of employees :<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">If an employee has been absent from the company or is returning to a specific task after a period of greater than six months, the need for re-training must be evaluated in association with the<\/span> <span style=\"color: #800000;\">employee.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Training<\/strong> <strong>for<\/strong> <strong>contract<\/strong> E<strong>mployee:-<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Training shall be conducted for workmen, housekeeping personnel and contract workmen of Specific working areas.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Wherever required SOP shall be converted to vernacular language or training shall be imparted in vernacular language for better understanding of procedures to contract workers.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Contract workers shall work under supervision of trained staff.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><span style=\"color: #3366ff;
